My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room I stayed in was pretty good and clean, but I was not so pleased that the bathroom had no lock on it. It seemed like it had not been cleaned properly for quite some time. The service, under different management, was not friendly enough during check-in and check-out, but I appreciated the opportunity to upgrade for breakfast and a king bed for a small additional charge of RM8. The location was a bit confusing as it was sandwiched between two petrol stations, one of which had a McDonald's, but it was convenient for me to access and close to my office.
